Is the card an official document?
No. The card is not an official document. It is issued by Udruga Neutroni via Volonter.hr to keep tidy volunteering records.
What happens to my hours if I change organisation?
Approved hours, contracts and certificates stay on your profile. They belong to you and follow you to every new organisation.
Can I volunteer with several organisations?
Yes. With one profile you have a separate contract and hour record for each organisation.
What if I am under 18?
You can volunteer from age 15. The contract takes effect once a parent or guardian consents online.
Where is my OIB shown?
Only in your contract with the organisation. Never on the card, in the QR code or on the public check.
